By accessing and using the Tarivoxa website (www.tarivoxa.ie), placing orders for our products, or engaging with any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue your use of the website immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and Tarivoxa Mushroom Farm, a business registered in Ireland and operating from Drumacon, Clones, Co. Monaghan, H23 YK62 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website or place orders. If you are under 18, you may only use the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf. By using this site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we reasonably believe that user conduct violates these terms or applicable law.
Tarivoxa is a family-owned mushroom farm located in County Monaghan, Ireland. Through our website, we offer the following services and products:
Product availability is subject to seasonal growing conditions and harvest volumes. We make every effort to keep product listings accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee the availability of any specific variety at all times. Mushroom cultivation is inherently dependent on biological processes, and certain varieties may be temporarily unavailable due to growing cycles, weather conditions, or substrate availability.
All product descriptions, images, and nutritional information on our website are provided in good faith and are as accurate as reasonably possible. However, natural products may vary slightly in appearance, size, and weight from batch to batch. Minor variations do not constitute a defect or grounds for return.
When using the Tarivoxa website and services, you agree to the following obligations:
Any breach of these obligations may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your access to our website and services, without prior notice or liability.
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending an order confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout.
Pricing: All prices displayed on our website are in euros (EUR) and include VAT at the applicable Irish rate. We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error on your order before dispatch, we will notify you and offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
Payment: We accept payment by major credit and debit cards. All payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider and is subject to their terms of service. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.
Order Cancellation: Due to the perishable nature of fresh mushrooms, once an order has been confirmed and preparation has begun, it may not be possible to cancel. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or by phone at +353 47 51234. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests received before the order has been packed for dispatch.
Wholesale Orders: Wholesale pricing and payment terms are agreed separately between Tarivoxa and each wholesale customer. Standard website terms apply unless superseded by a written wholesale agreement.
Delivery: We deliver fresh mushrooms across the Republic of Ireland. Delivery is typically next-day for orders placed before 12:00 noon, Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays will be dispatched on the following business day. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
We use temperature-controlled packaging to maintain product freshness during transit. However, once a parcel has been handed to our courier partner, delivery timescales are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Returns and Refunds: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of fresh mushrooms. However, if your order arrives damaged, with an incorrect product, or in a condition that does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the affected product. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Statutory Rights: Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish and European consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and the European Communities (Certain Aspects of the Sale of Consumer Goods and Associated Guarantees) Regulations. Your statutory rights are in addition to any rights provided under these terms.
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
