Yes, we deliver fresh mushrooms to all 26 counties in the Republic of Ireland. Our standard delivery service is next-day, meaning mushrooms harvested in the morning arrive at your door the following day. We use refrigerated courier partners to maintain the cold chain from our farm to your kitchen. Orders placed before 12:00 on weekdays are dispatched the same day. Delivery to Northern Ireland is also available on request.

Our minimum wholesale order is 2 kilograms per variety, per delivery. We work with restaurants, hotel kitchens, food retailers, and farm shops of all sizes. Pricing is tiered based on volume, with significant discounts available for regular standing orders of 10 kilograms or more per week. We assign a dedicated account manager to every wholesale customer who can advise on seasonal availability and help plan your mushroom supply throughout the year.

For best results, store your mushrooms in the fridge between 2 and 4 degrees Celsius. Keep them in their original compostable tray or transfer to a paper bag. Avoid plastic bags, as trapped moisture accelerates spoilage. Properly stored, our mushrooms will stay fresh for five to seven days. We recommend consuming oyster varieties within four days for peak flavour and texture. Lion's mane and shiitake tend to hold a little longer due to their denser structure.

While we follow organic growing principles and do not use any pesticides, herbicides, or synthetic fertilisers in our production, we are not currently certified organic through the Organic Trust or similar bodies. We are, however, fully certified under the Bord Bia Quality Assurance scheme, which involves regular on-farm audits covering food safety, traceability, and environmental sustainability. Our substrates are sourced from local farms that use sustainable practices. We are transparent about our methods and welcome any questions about how we grow.

Our farm shop is open every Saturday from 9:00 to 13:00, and you are welcome to drop in without booking to browse and purchase fresh mushrooms. However, access to the growing rooms requires a booked tour due to biosecurity protocols. We need to limit the number of people entering the production areas at any one time to protect our crops from contamination. Tours are free of charge but must be booked at least 48 hours in advance by contacting us through this page or by phone.

Yes, we offer home growing kits for grey oyster and pink oyster mushrooms. Each kit contains a fully colonised substrate block ready to fruit within seven to ten days. They make excellent gifts and are a fantastic way to see the growing process up close. Kits are available for collection from our farm shop on Saturdays or can be ordered for delivery. Each kit produces two to three harvests over a four to six week period.
